Brief thoughts:

So, fandom's theory about Blue seems to be canon. She's always kind of shady and this adds to that. It doesn't help her case that she helped Baelfire and not Regina.

Also, what nonsense about Henry. Pan's playing a game that some how requires winning Henry's affections to turn against Emma.

I do like Mulan falling in love with Aurora, also I don't see how its a retcon if she used to be in love with Philip and is now in love with Aurora. It doesn't negate anything. It also kind of makes sense it would be Mulan's story line; instead of having a Shang who struggled about being attracted to one of his men, the arc falls to Mulan. So, I don't think the Mulan/Aurora thing is finished, if the writers stuck to one storyline for once I think this will be a very interesting arc.

One thing about Regina's stories, its something that should always be taken with a grain of salt. Tink being bitter about what happened and blaming Regina parallels Regina blaming Snow, and I think its finally sinking in for her.

I really like how it shows that Snow and Charming are more familiar trekking in the woods than Emma and Regina. They're not exactly struggling but little things keep giving it away in how they move. I'm also glad they're referencing the time Snow spent as a bandit. Speaking of, will we learn that Snow ran across Robin in one of her journeys?

I don't see it as a retcon. It made sense in an episode that was also asking Regina to love again. I'm unsure if they'll make the most out of the storyline, but I'm here and I'm watching.

Absolutely. Anything Regina says is filtered by her unreliable narrator's gaze, and I suspect it's the same for Tinkerbell. They're too similar.
