Where in the World is Foreman?

So... is Foreman still the new House episode? I've been reading about House, Wilson, Cameron, Chase and of course Cuddy but where's Foreman?

This isn't the first, if I didn't watch the last week's episode I would continue on thinking that Foreman was dropped from the line up.

And completely unpopular opinion: Wilson bores me. I squint and try to see the appeal but he's just blah for me.
