ETA: Almost forgot to add in... at one point in the episode the Doctor's incidental music (is that the right term?) sounded very much like the Pirates of the Caribbean theme. What is that about Murray Gold? Are you trying to make us equate Ten with Captain Jack Sparrow? Or, ooh, is that a reference to our Captain Jack Harkness? Or maybe Captain Jack Sparrow will make an appearance?
