Fringe - Day We Died

So... that happened.

Frankly, it was far too much Peter for me and then there was no more Peter.

I did like Olivia having a Viking funeral because that's fitting. I didn't expect her dying that fast though, what with her powers I kind of expected her to pull a Wolverine but then again I suppose the brain is her achilles much like it was for Shapeshifters, who it seems we have entirely forgotten.

I loved Ella joining in the Fringe Division and Olivia is able to control her abilities. I loved Olivia and Walter's reunion.

Then Altlivia completely won me over when she began taunting Walternate. I do have to ask where Walternate got the Olivia Dunham manuscript since ourOlivia had to go on a quest to find the damn thing. Also, where the hell is Sam Weiss?

Honestly, I still don't know how to feel about this. The show went off center the moment it stopped focusing on Olivia and started pushing Peter's special destiny.

All my shows seem to have Viking funerals these days...

Same here, although really, do the numbers add up? Olivia looks the same, Peter as if he'd just changed his hairstyle and coloured parts of his hair grey -- worse for Walternate! ;)

It was cartoon-ish, wasn't it? Ridiculously so. BUT. TEAM: BOTH OLiVIAS! And no Peter to have terrible, contrived, cheap-tv-fights over! It can only be psychologically, plot-ologically interesting, no?
