harry potter
Jan. 20th, 2003 07:30 pmI've reread Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and found to my surprise, liking it! When I first read it I felt light headed and strange, and completely surprised at the ron/hermione romance, which one of my classmates told me J.K. Rowlings has been hinting at for the last three books. Well... upon rereading all three books I found, yes, there was that tendency but.. well.. for me the chemistry went Harry/Hermione, Hermione/Draco even (yes, the last bit is strange.) So... it completely turned me that Ron was suddenly jealous when other guys starting to notice Hermione and vice versa.
I liked Viktor Krum and the fake Mad-Eye Moody, even if he was evil...
Anyway, my whole point for this is completely off-tangent:
My point is Draco isn't Harry's arch-nemesis, he's the annoyance Harry has to deal with, Harry's nemesis is Voldemort. While Ron and Draco are arch-nemesis to the bone. I really don't believe Harry and Draco are destined enemies... I don't even think Draco's all bad, no one is born 'all bad'. I wonder, what would happen if Harry was grew-up with the Malfoy's and Draco with the Dursleys or the Weaselys? Wouldn't that be fun to see?
