See, this is a big step-up, I'm learning to revamp my lj by bits and pieces. The LJ is not the only thing that's changed, as of 23rd of March 2003 I am now officially a member of the unemployed. Yay! Sob!

Ok, I'm of two minds about that, clearly. I have been broadcasting my doubts since well.. the beginning.

The graduation was memorable in the 'Oh My God, it's finally happening, what the hell am I gonna do!' school of thought. It's really... different I miss school, not the classes though --but it is part of the missage, 'coz in class I had a sort of rhythym down. Mastered through the years, and now gone.-- I miss the friends that I see everyday. Especially since my friends are scattered in various out -of-reach places in Manila.

It is my firmly believed thought that Manila was not a properly planned city. It goes and scatters at one end without a proper pattern and flow. It's like the developers go, 'Hey, land, build town *here*' then drops a town in the center of an urban landscape-- Okay, rant for another day, that.

Oh, and Yay me! Finally able to go to Boracay *without* family! To some who don't know, Boracay is a piece of island paradise hidden in the Philippines. The beach is white, white sand with the clearest sea I've ever seen (I live in Manila a.k.a. dark brown rivers of eewww...).

Boracay is paradise but. But. It's become too commercialized and in our student-sized budget overpriced and faintsome. And the resorts are a stone's throw away from the beach. Bad. Again, no organization. Probably the best part in Boracay would be in Station One, where all the posh resorts and restaurants are.

Too bad we (I was with friends and a li'l sister by the way) weren't able to go island hopping. It was expensive, and the moment we planned on going island hopping the peddlers vanished. I mean, completely vanished. I swear, it was the eeriest thing ever. I mean, first day, *boom* Ma'am, island hopping this, or Island-hopping only P1,500. So, on the third day when we thought, hey, island hop today, they gone.
Eerie.

Probably had to do with the Nestea Beach Volleyball thing that started happening. Oh. By the way, there was a local actor who had a very striking resemblance with Xander. I swear, cross my heart. I didn't see it then, years ago but in person and how he acts. Xander localized. His name? Jake Roxas. Guh!
Oh, and I saw Marc Nelson! SQUEE!!! Really! Him with the abs and great biceps and he smiled! Smiled at me! Okay, us, but I think it was for me. Huge, white and absolutely charming! Guh.

I mean, we were walking to our plane (we were on our way back to Manila) under the scorching sun, and I was feeling grouchy and ansty then I see a group of people go down a plane. At first, ho-hum, then, then.. Bam! Tall guy, sleevless shirt, biceps to die for, talking to someone, reaches for his pocket, slowly places his silver oakley glasses on his eyes. Then, turns his head, and pins (okay just, casually glance) our way and smiles easily at our very stunned and fangirl expressions of my delight.

I was star dazed for a whole hour. Guh.

Okay... that sent me off my whole school of thought and just, uh. Wow. Marc Nelson. Um. I think I can't write, star-dazzled again. Guh.
