Alias thoughts

I've been watching Alias season 2 and it just occured to me, the scene when Vaughn first confronts Irina... Irina sounded more bitter about Vaughn's dad and knowing the third season and fourth season thing makes me think that for Irina, killing (or the not killing) of Bill Vaughn was more personal for her.

What if Irina was protecting Nadia *from* Bill Vaughn?

Hmm....
