Smallville Lois Lane

grimorieConsensus of Smallville fandom on Lois seems to be: Chloe is Lois Lane!
Lois Lane is not Lois Lane! We hates SV!Lane!
Which, I find well... sad. Because I really like SV!Lois. I like SV!Lois with Clark. Doesn't mean
I don't *like* Chloe. I love Chloe.
But I think she deserves someone better than Clark, who I think she has placed on the
pedestal, not as much as Clark is doing with Lana... but its still pretty high. I like that
Lois doesn't like Clark at first and that Lois irritates Clark and they just play off one another.
I love that Lois gets grouchy, angry, drunk and pretty determined.
I wish they could have done a Lois series... I mean that would be pretty interesting, she
won't be Veronica Mars... but she'd be Lois and I've always liked Lois more than Clark/Superman.
As it is now, Lois in Smallville, while I do like her... seems to be out of place.
Where are Al Miles going with Lois?
