grimorieI've been so busy these past few days I barely have time to go online! I leave home by 9 or 10 am and get back midnight!
Fortunately, I can set up the computer to download for shows while I'm working!
I am really glad I gave The Vampire Diaries another chance because that is the one other show that really improved.

OMG.
That is just. This show's pace is amazing! So many things happened in such a short span of time!
First of all? Nina Dobrev is amazing. She has such a different body language as Katherine, it's not just swagger, its the attitude. Even without the hair difference I could tell who was Katherine and who was Elena just by the way she held herself!
And the fundamental difference between Katherine and Elena. Elena is steady, dependable and always sure of her choice. Katherine is untrustworthy and thinks everyone and everything is hers to play with.
Katherine is fabulous, a fabulous, fabulous villain and unlike Damon she's not suddenly going to turn good nor would I want her too. But maybe she's more complicated than that but at the moment she's fabulously evil and repentant and she's not suddenly going to turn woobie on me!
I'm also so very glad that the older a vampire is, the stronger they are. Although I gasped when Katherine cornered Bonnie.
BTW, Bonnie? So much more awesome and fun and just. She's the girl you want on your side when things go down with scary vampires because she can take them down with her BRAIN. Um, except Katherine.
I knew Katherine was behind Bonnie but I still gasped when I saw her, especially when Katherine seemed immune. She really did look impressed when Bonnie opened the doors with her mind, impressed enough to stop killing Bonnie and good thing Stefan was already there.
Stefan who was so fantastic this episode all through, I have to admit, Stefan is more my type. I know Damon is a fan favorite but I'm very tired of Spike like characters. Also, have you seen Stefan's arms?
I love Stefan's refusal to fight Damon because he recognized that this is the first time Damon allowed himself to feel and that's something good. Except Katherine arrived and ruined everything.
Anyway. Um. Okay, I like Stefan/Elena because they're both solid but wow, the chemistry between Stefan/Katherine was really something else! There's something compatible about Stefan and Katherine that makes me believe that she was more interested in Stefan than Damon. But you won't make me believe that the reason she was in Mystic Falls was because she really, really loved Stefan and missed him because she has 145 years and she didn't even give a lick about the brothers until they returned to Mystic Falls and started obsessing about her many times great grand daughter/niece.
I even felt briefly sorry for Damon before he went ahead and screwed it up by killing Jeremy, granted I don't like Jeremy but what mattered was Elena's reaction to Jeremy's apparent death. In comparison to Stefan and Elena, and actually most everyone in the show Damon's reactions are immature. He's all about reacting to everything and everyone. In fact the last century was about Damon reacting against Stefan and somehow emulating Katherine to be 'worthy' of her or something then he killed Jeremy in front of Elena. It's the worst thing he could do at that time and he lashed out on Elena badly.
...also, am I the only one shipping Sheriff Liz and Damon? 'Cause I'm totally am. There's something interesting about their dynamic. I am alone in this, aren't I? Okay, then.
But I didn't expect Katherine to kill Caroline! And OMG. VAMPIRE CAROLINE! How are Bonnie and Elena gonna handle this??? I'm on edge and can't wait for the new episode to start!
