Well, okay, TVD if you want me to ship Elijah with Elena and Katherine I will.
I felt it during the moment before Elena killed Elijah, there was just something about his reaction towards Elena that made me go -- PAUSE. And then this episode with the way he looks at her.
Also, can I just... my girl Elena Gilbert. I love how she fights for her agency and never accepting 'for your own good' as an answer (also, she knows she has no leg to stand on when she does the same to Aunt Jenna). It is why I don't think I can ever support Damon and Elena. I love how much Stefan respects Elena and her decisions. I love that as much as he loves Elena he will not sacrifice another person for her.
I'm very glad Jenna finally knows! Seriously, it was past time she knew!
Klaus and Elijah being brothers felt right and, of course they would be brothers it slots in perfectly into the mythology. I'm also amused that the sun and moon curse wasn't real.
So, Elijah has five other siblings out there. Interesting. What I'm also getting that Klaus and Elijah fell in love with the original person Katerina looked like. I wonder who that was and what her role was in the curse?
And, yes... I really do ship Elijah and Katerina. It is rare to see Katherine as she was before she changed herself. Also just look at this:

source
Elijah: I do not believe in love, Katerina.
Katherine: That is too sad for me to accept, my lord. Life is too cruel. If we cease to believe in love, why would we want to live?
Oh, Katerina, so young. And, yet, I think somewhere deep down she still believes this.

I do have one more thing to say about Damon though:

Heh. Damon, you really did take all your cues from Katherine, didn't you?
