Grand Unified Theory on the Bad Wolf

Last night I attempted to explain my Grand Unified Theory on the Bad Wolf with very confused results.
I think
yasaman explained why The Moment Interface was Bad Wolf or at least part Bad Wolf better than I did:
Wherever the words are then there is a chance that it is because partly and is influenced by the Bad Wolf.
Also, she kept close to Ten and watching him.
The long and short of it is I think the Bad Wolf is Rose Tyler's future wherever or whenever she is. It will all lead back to Rose gaining or unearthing her Bad Wolf powers again.
And I don't generally think its a good thing at first, when and if the Bad Wolf fully integrates with Rose I think there would be some degree of control over the cosmic powers and the integration won't be smooth, it will be difficult and there will be some danger, not to Rose but to the universe as a whole.
I think eventually she will gain control and it will be interesting to see where she goes from there but until then they are separate beings.
I think eventually I have to write down this whole theory into a story.

I'm set on believing that the Moment is Bad Wolf, in some way. What tipped me over was that when she first appeared and the Doctor asked "what was that noise?" she answered, "just a wolf at the door." And that was before she said anything about having Rose Tyler or Bad Wolf's form. That, and the flash of gold in her eyes when the War Doctor's not looking. I mean, obviously, there are Doylist reasons why the Moment takes Rose's form, but in universe, there's no reason for her to be the Bad Wolf. The thing with even mentioning the words Bad Wolf in-universe is that any mention is a potential point of space and time where Bad Wolf appears. She scattered herself through time and space, with nothing but the words to lead her where she needed to be. So wherever the words are, there, potentially, is the influence of Bad Wolf.
Wherever the words are then there is a chance that it is because partly and is influenced by the Bad Wolf.
Also, she kept close to Ten and watching him.
