grimorieYou know, there are companions who thrive well with a new Doctor, and Clara really got a lot better for me with Twelve.
Unfortunately I'm still on the fence with Twelve, which is weird since I looked forward to Peter Capaldi's turn in the wheel as the Doctor, and yet I'm not connecting with him.
The parts that worked for me this episode? Belonged to Clara, especially the part with the barn and wee!young!Doctor.
(Why did he insist on sleeping on the barn, I wonder?)
Also, Twelve is acting like he's never been on a planet at the end of the universe before...
