May. 11th, 2004 08:09 pmI'm watching tv with a beating heart and sweaty palms I am riveted to the screen, watching the numbers fade in and out that told the unofficial exit polls of the next president of the Philippines.
It is very disheartening to note that GMA is only leading by a very slim margin from FPJ. They haven't learned voting yet again on the basis of popularity rather than qualifications!
And, truth to tell Erap beside FPJ looks smarter and that's saying something!
What I can't take was how it's described on the foreign press: GMA against Fernando Poe, an actor with no political experience, what hurts is that it's true
