You know, this scene? Priceless.
I love how the entire conversation Reese doesn't say a thing but manages to express every WTF? to Crews so well.

After stumbling on Eddie(Eliza Dushku's fake brother)'s Anna porn they bring him in for questioning and proceed to make him sweat. Unfortunately, he has an alibi.

Disheartened Charlie returns home via the bus (since Ted ran over his very nice car) and somehow manages to get two cupcakes (Tina and Gina) once he steps off the bus. Olivia (Saffron!) sees this and is naturally not confident of Charlie's reception. Ted, as usual, tries to make things better.

At the same moment, Dani calls and as Ted breaks the news that Olivia is in fact his future step mother and Dani informs him that Jake tried to kill himself. Charlie's understandable reaction is to go 'Bzuh?' and run away.

So after going to Stark's barbecue (uh, a part I totally cut but suffice it to say, Charlie goes, Stark returns his old gun and badge and Charlie has a Revelation) Charlie proceeds to scatter the Silvers wedding photos on and around his desk and even messes up Reese's table. I suppose its Saturday then and both Crews and Reese were off duty because I don't think Reese would walk in the department in just her jeans and tank top and loose hair, all off the above I categorize as her off duty get-up somebody obviously called her in to inform her her partner's acting freaky again. Since she doesn't have the jacket of awesomeness I also deduce she wasn't at home when the call was made.
Reese brings Crews back to the ground again but I kinda love how exasperated she was with him and the way she demands to the room out loud if anyone knew what the hell he was talking about.

Reese and Crews corner Deputy Leo and Tiffany and Crews reveals that what he was actually searching for were Tiffany's pictures but he couldn't locate any of Tiffany's photos anywhere. Tiffany breaks and reveals the killer was actually her brother, Deputy Leo and to keep it a secret Deputy Leo hit her.
Tsk, tsk Deputy Leo.

The intrepid detectives commandeer the van, Tiffany tells the whole story and Deputy Leo thinks he's tougher than Charlie -- it's like he never learned anything from Veronica Mars.

Again, love the aerial night shot. Its like everytime that shot shows up indicates a dark night for both Reese and Charlie. But this doesn't make this ending scene all that more awesome. Also, Charlie is smoking here. Anyway, as soon as I saw Bobby return the gun to Charlie I knew Charlie would use it for his revenge.
